The 20-year-old actor was on the set of The Hunger Games: Catching Fire and could be seen filming scenes in the ocean when the cameras were rolling. If you look closely, you’ll see that the left side of Josh‘s face and neck are covered in fake blood for a head wound made by movie magic.
