Lady Gaga Praises Lindsay Lohan's Liz & Dick Performance

 Whether or not you watched Lindsay Lohan's much-anticipated return to acting in last night's Lifetime movie "Liz & Dick," you've surely read plenty of hubbub about the made-for-TV movie on the Twittersphere. And, admittedly, much of it has been negative. Save for Lady Gaga, that is.
Mother Monster hopped on the social networking site today to commend Lindsay's turn as Elizabeth Taylor and advise her to ignore the critics.
